I’m sorry we didn’t get a chance to take more photos of the making of the things. it was a funny process. The binding person managed to stuff up the binding three times, which kind of added to the whole idea of the :rough: outcome… i guess it was meant to be! 

The cloth was used a a rough detail, we included all the collateral- as to say… we used what was existing, seeing the beauty of everyday things, we wabi sabi style (or what we perceive it as). The making was fun.. we hoped that we could make a little carry case of it out of the cloth but unfortunately didn’t get a chance to. 

we even used the existing wire from the  stuffed up first goes of the binding.. it gave it that little extra flare. And i’m pretty sure the binding was done backwards in the end- which was fantastic, all these little mistakes added up to something fun and spontaneous.

continuing on from Wabi Sabi- and this concept of using the beauty of everyday things. We thought it’d be interesting to use wire binding as possibility as it’s pretty raw. 

The essence of this project is the rawness of it. The surprise of on peoples faces, the way they interact with one another, but also the fact that it is all unknown to them. What if we incorporate something like this into our project?

Use the rawness of things to put across our concept? 

The same concept would be used for the proposal as well as the exegesis.

We had recieved a fair bit of inofmration on the posters that we had pinned up on each level on the wall before entering the elevator. We had recieved a good amount of infomation. I think it might of been more confienient to participants.
